Our culture： 

責(zé)任：對責(zé)任的理解通常可以分為兩個意義。一是指社會道德上，個體份內(nèi)應(yīng)做的事，如職責(zé)、盡責(zé)任、崗位責(zé)任等。二是指沒有做好自己工作，而應(yīng)承擔(dān)的不利后果或強(qiáng)制性義務(wù)。責(zé)任意識，是“想干事”； 責(zé)任能力，是“能干事”； 責(zé)任行為，是“真干事”； 責(zé)任制度，是“可干事”； 責(zé)任成果，是“干成事”。責(zé)任心就是關(guān)心別人，關(guān)心整個社會。

Responsibility: Generally speaking, the responsibility can be divided into two meanings.One refers to the social morality, such as duties, responsibilities etc.The second is bear the adverse consequences or compulsory obligations because don’t finish own job.Sense of duties is "would like to";Capacity of duties is "capable";Act of duties is the "do more efforts"; Institution of duties is "can do";Result of duties is "achieve it".Responsibility is caring for others and the whole society.

合作：合作就是個人與個人、群體與群體之間為達(dá)到共同目的，彼此相互配合的一種聯(lián)合行動、方式。客戶，同事，公司，包括社會上的每一個人，都需要去相處去溝通，這就是一種合作，沒有了合作，在這個社會上寸步難行，只有合作才能共贏，才能發(fā)展。

Cooperation: cooperation is a joint operation between individuals and groups for mutual purposes., Everyone in the society, need to communicate, including customers, colleagues and company this is a kind of cooperation. Without cooperation, you can’t do anything. In this society, only cooperation can reach win-win.

成長：指長大、長成成人，泛指事物走向成熟，擺脫稚嫩的過程。簡而言之，就是自身不斷變得成熟的一個變化過程。努力學(xué)習(xí)，創(chuàng)新，與公司共同成長

3、我要/我能為頭頂一片藍(lán)天下的所有人創(chuàng)造些什么?     

你能為他人創(chuàng)造的愈多，你的價值愈大，這是廣義的，不僅僅指金錢和物質(zhì)，還包括你的思想、理念、知識、技能、關(guān)心、關(guān)懷、關(guān)愛等等。所有有形的無形的，只要有補(bǔ)益，有建設(shè)性，都是有價值的。
